Appraisal of homes is a careful affair. Only registered brokers and appraisers are allowed to perform official valuations. As a sworn broker, registered broker and appraiser (RMT) and member of the NVM, Max Leenders is your partner when it comes to a correct valuation.

Our office is affiliated with the NWWI. The NWWI approves the appraisal reports of homes of affiliated appraisers. They ensure that each valuation is drawn up uniformly and according to clear guidelines.

We provide clear, objective and reliable home appraisals that provide insight into the way in which the appraised value was established. Only appraisers who meet the strict quality requirements are affiliated.

When is a valuation necessary?

A valuation may be necessary when taking out a mortgage, changing your mortgage or if there is another reason for determining the value of your home, for example in the event of a divorce, insurance, estate or for tax purposes.
